The owner of my work paid everyone yesterday besides me. He said it was because I did not fill out my payroll when I tried everything in my power to do it and talk to him all day the day before.

After I created an account to do my payroll the site would not let me in. I have pictures and screenshots that I showed him. So then he goes ahead and tells me the next day which was yesterday after everyone got paid that I was supposed to do it on a computer. He told me that after it was already too late.

When I talk to you on the phone he was extremely rude to me and hung up on me. Then he sent me a text and told me that he is not playing this *** game and I need to do myself a favor and watch my tone. He also said that the only person pointing fingers is the person that's looking in the mirror. So then I told him look I really need my money he said well I'm out of town and you can't get a check until monday.

I told him that wasn't going to work and that I have two children and I'm going to mess up situation and I really need my money so there has to be another way. He told me no I will get it on Monday so in my opinion I feel that it was his fault that I did not get paid and no owner should ever ever talk to their employees like that.

I never gave him any reason to treat me that way. I did exactly everything I was supposed to do.

The owner refused to pay me when everybody else got paid yesterday. He told me it was my fault because I did not fill out my payroll.

But I had been talking to him all day the day before and was trying my hardest to fill the payroll out and it kept telling me after I created my account that I could not get in because there was a error their side. I called him and said I really need my money and he told me it was my fault and that he's out of town and I can get a check on monday. I have two children and I have a situation and I really need money and I feel this isn't fair and there's got to be another way he can pay me. So then he sends me a text and he is cussing at me and saying I'm not playing this *** game and that I need to do myself a favor and watch my tone.

Never did I get rude with him. He also said the only one 20 fingers is the one looking in the mirror. So then he says he's going to try to figure something out and ask me my full name, date of birth, social security number, and my bank account and routing number. So he had my hopes up that I was going to get paid.

Then he text me and said no you'll get the check on monday. So I told him there has to be another way that I can get paid and he chose to ignore every single message that I sent him.

Wrongful termination

Today on shift I had a mental breakdown associated with my severe PTSD, I went through the appropriate channels and left but my area coach is telling me I'm fired? I'm a protected veteran of these United States and I will take legal action if necessary, ultimately I just want to be transferred because I love this company and I truly believe this whole fiasco to be ridiculous and illegal.

I am thoroughly disgusted with the service I received. Not only do they no longer have a drink machine they don't even have water! I PAID $33.41 and my burger was COLD so I sent it back to have it re-done only to get another Cold one. the fries where also not hot! Don't know what is going on there but unfortunately I will not be back again with the exorbitant prices and lousy customer service! Fraud

I called to complain that I was billed for an order on my credit card that I didnt order. Someone was supposed to call me back a week ago in reference to my phone call about it being fraud and instead, I get a please give us a review email. They obviously dont take fraud seriously if this is there response. What a joke!

change of product

hello, i have visited five guys in the northwest arkansas rogers store twice and i can tell there is a difference in the taste of the burgers from a year or more ago. i dont know if the beef ratio has changed but the burger does not taste the same at this location as it has in the past. it does not taste spoiled, it just does not taste as good as it has and the meat is not as juicy as it once was. i have distinct taste buds and i know when something tastes different. im not sure what you guys did but im not spending my money on the food anymore. it reminds me too much of every other burger chain ive been to and not the unique meaty five guys taste. i almost want to say its fake meat or lab grown meat or something but it definitely does not taste like the five guys quality i was used to. im not going back. maybe the cooks cook the burger longer but that should not have that drastic of a taste. so many restaurants have lowered their quality of product and raised their prices. i wont pay any of them.

I reordered my meal which was a little burger and little fries. The burger came but no fries. I paid $20+ for just a burger. Then they tried to say it was door dashes fault, which it wasn't. All they do is deliver food not make the order for delivery. Still haven't admitted their mistake or fixed it.
